Yes. Every frame is built to the measurements of your own opening, so there is no standard size to fit around. We always measure on site rather than from plans.
It depends on the size of the job, but most homes are finished in one to three days on site. Manufacturing takes four to six weeks before that.
We do. We remake fogged double-glazed units, replace rollers, locks and seals, and rebalance sashes, including on windows another company installed.
Frames and glass carry the manufacturer warranty, and our installation workmanship is warranted separately. You receive both in writing at the final inspection.
