The person who quotes your job measures it, and they are on site the day it goes in. Nothing is scaled off a plan and nothing is passed to a subcontractor.
Our story
Building better windows and doors since 2011
We began in a single roller-door unit off Port Road doing the repairs nobody else wanted: stuck rollers, sagging sashes, fogged units on windows still under another company's warranty. That work showed us which frames last and which ones give up in year six, and it is still why we only quote what we would fit in our own homes.
Today we cut, join and glaze at Hindmarsh and install right across Adelaide with our own crews. The showroom, the glossy catalogue and the sales team never made the list.

How we work
Four rules we still keep
None of them are slogans. They are the reasons our jobs finish on the day we said.
The quote is the price
Fixed, itemised, in writing and held for 60 days. If we find something on install day that we should have spotted at the measure, that is our cost, not a variation.
A date, not a fortnight
You get a firm install date once the glass arrives, and a phone call from us the moment anything looks like shifting. Hearing late is worse than hearing no.
We look after what we sell
Rollers, seals, winders and fogged units, on our installs and on other companies' work. A window business that will not come back is not much use to anyone.
The process
Three stages, each with a date

Measure & Quote
We measure every opening on site, check reveals and sills, and email a fixed written quote within two working days.
02
Manufacture & Install
Frames are built to your sizes, then fitted by our own crew. Most homes are done inside two days.
03
Final Check & Warranty
We walk through the job with you, tune every sash and lock, and hand over both warranties in writing.
